Fiat Panda Review

In this review, we are going to take a closer look at the Fiat Panda. We will examine the details about the Fiat Panda under three main categories such as The Features of the Fiat Panda, The Fuel Consumption of the Fiat Panda and Basic Characteristics of Fiat Panda. These categories prepared for explaining the vehicle from any perspective. Before beginning the review, I would like to share some general information about the history of the Fiat Panda. The Panda is a City Car class model that has been manufactured by Italian automaker Fiat since 1980. With its three-generation history, it is one of the important models Fiat has in the City Car class. It was developed to replace the first-generation Fiat 126 and has designed by the Giorgetto Giugiaro-Aldo Mantovani duo. The car, which has various versions such as 4x4, created the impression of the most sympathetic member of its class in the public opinion while being marketed.

The Features of the Fiat Panda

In this part of the review, we are going to focus on the features of the Fiat Panda. We can start with the exterior design of the Fiat Panda. When we look at the exterior appearance of the Fiat Panda, we can easily say that the car has a generally cubic body design. In terms of design, Fiat Panda, unfortunately, cannot give users a radical or unique design. The general structure of the car is quite ordinary and boring compared to Fiat's other car models. As a car from the City Car class, we can see that being very small and practical to use as the biggest advantage of the car. It is a fact that cube-shaped body details and minimal details add a lot of sympathy. Now, we are moving on to the interior design of the Fiat Panda. When we look at the interior design of the car, we can say that it has a more attentive and promising concept than the exterior design. The density of cubic design details increases inside the cabin. So much so that all the details from the steering wheel to the dashboards are cube shaped. Although it is an interesting design method, it is likely to bother you after a while. In general, Fiat Panda cannot promise you much in terms of design.

The Fuel Consumption of the Fiat Panda

Now, we are going to focus on the fuel consumption of the Fiat Panda. We usually work on popular engine types and making analyses on them by checking details for an efficient fuel consumption analysis. While choosing the right car, you need specific and simple information. That is why we are using this distinction method to make things easier for you. We use two main categories to make a useful distinction such as The Most Economical One and The Most Powerful One. However, Fiat Panda has got one standard engine variety and it is 1.2 LPG. We are going to analyse every single detail on the engine. So, let's start. 1.2 has got a four cylindered engine structure with a 1242 cm3 size. It is using a LPG/CNG system so we can say that it is a LPG type engine. It can produce 69 HP and 5500 RPM Torque. According to the official factory data, 1.2 has got a 9,0lt/100km (which refers to 31 MPG in the UK) mpg performance in Urban usage. However, this fuel consumption rate decreasing to 6,0lt/100km (which refers to 47 MPG in the UK) in Extra Urban usage such as Highways or Long-Distance Trip. When we combine these mpg data, we get a 7,0lt/100km (which refers to 40 MPG in the UK) average mpg performance.
