The world of electric cars continues to grow with the increasing participation of different brands in this field day by day. Dacia has recently joined among the brands in this world. The brand officially introduced the Spring Electric, its first fully electric car, to the public recently. The car is in the same family as the K-ZE car, which was introduced in China and owned by Renault, the brand to which Dacia is affiliated. The car primarily aims to be the cheapest electric car in Europe.
The car does not resemble any segment car in the market in terms of body size. Spring Electric has a short length of 3.73 meters. In addition, it has similar measurements to the Dacia Sandero Stepway in terms of height. When we look at the body design of the vehicle from the front, we can say that it looks very similar to the Dacia Sandero Stepway. The LED headlights with a new design and the orange colour details on the vehicle are some of the different touches in the design. The orange colour that the company will apply as a concept in electric vehicles, also affected the characteristics of the car as a sporty and dynamic detail.
Dacia has yet to make an official statement regarding the vehicle battery and performance. However, according to some rumours, the range of the vehicle is expected to be 200 km. Although we do not have a definite technical knowledge, we can have a little prior knowledge by looking at Spring Electric's relative model. Renault K-ZE uses a 45 horsepower electric motor and a 26.8 kWh battery. It also has a maximum speed of 104 km / h. When we have new information about Dacia's entry model into the electric car world, we will take a closer look at this car again.
